Is your meat halal?
Yes. All of our meat is sourced from certified halal butchers.
Do you cater to food allergies and dietary needs?
We sure do. Our menu features a wide range of dairy free, gluten free, and vegan friendly dishes. If you have allergies or specific requests, our team will happily guide you through the best options.
Bookings and Seating
Do you accept walk ins?
Yes. We welcome walk ins daily, though bookings are recommended during busy periods like weekends.
Do you take large group bookings?
Absolutely. We welcome groups of all sizes and offer set menus that are perfect for celebrations. For bigger bookings or private events, our team can help tailor the experience to suit your needs. Set menus are required for groups of 8 or more, and a 10 percent gratuity applies to groups of that size.
Do you have a bar area?
We do not have an order at the counter or mingling area. Our bar seating is fully serviced just like our tables. Both the bar and kitchen counter offer comfortable stools with back support.
Is outdoor seating available?
No. All of our seating is indoors.
Are children welcome?
Yes. While we do not have a kids menu, our team can help recommend dishes that can be adjusted to suit younger taste buds.

Do you have a bottomless lunch option?
Yes, every Saturday lunch. Enjoy ninety minutes of bottomless sake spritz alongside a delicious shared menu.
Do you offer Happy Hour?
Yes. Join us for ten dollar cocktails and six dollar beers and wines. It is the perfect way to wind down after work with great value and good vibes.
Do you have an express lunch deal?
Yes. We offer a six dish lunch menu for fifty nine dollars, perfect for a quick lunch break or business meeting. We also have larger set menu options that showcase our favourite dishes and are ideal for groups or anyone wanting the full Kid Kyoto feast.
Do you offer takeaway?
We do not offer takeaway at the moment.
Do you accommodate birthdays and special occasions?
We love a celebration. Let us know when you book and we will make it feel special.
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes. You are welcome to bring a cake. We do not charge a cakeage fee, though we do not cut or serve it, so feel free to take care of that part yourselves.
Can I bring decorations for a celebration?
Simple table décor is absolutely fine. We just ask that you avoid anything messy or disruptive such as feathers, confetti, or items that may disturb other guests.

How do I get to Kid Kyoto?
We are tucked away on Bridge Lane in the heart of Sydney’s CBD and easy to reach by train, light rail, bus, or car. Circular Quay Station and Wynyard Station are both a short walk away, and nearby bus routes stop throughout the CBD.
